The Shaarch Studio is seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer to create high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renders for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in 3ds Max and Corona/V-Ray with a good eye for lighting, materials, and composition.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D interior and exterior renders

• Develop 3D models from AutoCAD drawings and references

• Apply accurate materials, textures, and lighting setups

• Produce high-quality still renders and basic walkthroughs (if required)

• Coordinate with the design team to match project requirements

• Optimize scenes for efficient rendering

• Deliver work within project timelines

🔹 Required Skills

• Proficiency in 3ds Max

• Experience with Corona Renderer or V-Ray

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop (post-production)

• Expertise in realistic lighting and material setup

• Good understanding of interior and exterior detailing

• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings

🔹 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Walkthrough animation

• Basic AutoCAD knowledge

• HDRI lighting workflow

• Architectural visualization experience

🔹 Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years in architectural visualization preferred
