Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D renders, architectural visualizations, and realistic presentations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. The candidate should be able to interpret architectural drawings and convert them into visually appealing 3D models and renders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders of buildings, interiors, exteriors, and landscapes.

• Prepare 3D visualizations from architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and site plans.

• Develop realistic textures, materials, lighting, landscaping, and camera views.

• Prepare top-view renders, site-plan renders, aerial views, and walkthrough animations as required.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design requirements.

• Revise renders according to client feedback and design changes.

• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, layouts, materials, and architectural details.

• Maintain consistency in rendering quality and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in 3D visualization and rendering software.

• Strong understanding of architectural design, materials, lighting, textures, and composition.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

• Good visual presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

• Knowledge of post-production and image-enhancement techniques.

Software Requirements

• 3D Modelling: SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender

• Rendering: V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or D5 Render

• Post-Production: Adobe Photoshop

• Drawing Support: AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.

• A strong portfolio of architectural renders and visualization projects is preferred.

• Relevant professional experience will be an advantage.
