3D Graphic Designer

NexisGrow is looking for a creative and multi-skilled Graphic Designer who can handle complete visual content production — from shooting, editing, designing, and reels creation to managing daily social media postings.

If you love content, have an eye for detail, and enjoy creating visuals that attract, engage, and convert — this role is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Graphic Design & Branding

• Create posters, banners, ads, carousels, certificates, and creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and website.

• Maintain NexisGrow’s brand identity, color palette, and style guidelines in all creatives.

• Design marketing materials for campaigns, events, and job announcements.

2️⃣ Shooting & Editing (Mandatory)

• Handle photo and video shoots for:

  • Office activities

  • Student testimonials

  • Founder videos

  • Coaching visits

  • Product demos

• Edit high-quality videos for:

  • YouTube

  • Instagram Reels

  • Promotional ads

• Add subtitles, transitions, animations, overlays, and effects.

3️⃣ Social Media Posting & Content Management

• Post daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & WhatsApp Channels.

• Create performance-driven reel concepts and assist in script execution.

• Coordinate with the team for content planning and scheduling.

4️⃣ Collaboration & Ideation

• Work closely with marketing to brainstorm new content ideas.

• Support campaigns, launches, and paid ad creatives.

• Ensure timely delivery of all visual assets.

📌 Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva.

• Strong understanding of shooting angles, lighting, camera handling & framing.

• Ability to create modern, clean, high-impact designs.

• Knowledge of motion graphics and reel-style editing.

• Basic knowledge of social media trends & algorithms.

👍 Good to Have

• Experience in YouTube thumbnail design.

• Knowledge of short-form storytelling.

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
