We are hiring for the following positions:

1️⃣ Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities

Handle student inquiries, admissions, and registration process
Maintain records, data entry, and documentation
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages & follow-ups
Assist in fee collection and daily reporting
Coordinate with parents and teachers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office files

Required Skills

Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets)
Organised and responsible
Ability to handle students & parents politely

Qualification

Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

2️⃣ Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

Field marketing & distribution of pamphlets
Visit nearby schools, coaching centres, shops for promotion
Conduct surveys and generate student leads
Organise local campaigns, seminars & parent meetings
Support digital marketing (basic content posting)
Achieve monthly enrollment targets

Required Skills

Strong communication & convincing ability
Hardworking, confident & positive attitude
Ability to travel locally
Basic knowledge of social media marketing (preferred)

Qualification

12th pass or Graduate
Freshers can also apply

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
