About the Role
Wokin Education, Bangalore, is looking for a passionate and skilled 3D Animation Faculty to train students in animation, design, multimedia, and creative production. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of industry-standard software and the ability to teach students through hands-on, project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging classroom and practical sessions for 3D Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, UI/UX and Multimedia courses.
Train students in 3D Maya, including modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation and basic rigging.
Teach Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Animate CC for motion graphics, video editing and 2D animation.
Provide practical training in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for graphic design and creative compositions.
Train students on CorelDRAW for vector graphics, layouts and design projects.
Teach Adobe XD and Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping and interface design.
Provide basic-to-advanced guidance in Photography, including camera handling, composition, lighting and image editing.
Develop and assign industry-oriented projects, practical exercises and portfolio assignments.
Mentor students individually and help them improve their creative, technical and problem-solving skills.
Conduct practical assessments, evaluations and portfolio reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Keep students updated with current industry trends, creative workflows and professional practices.
Assist students in developing professional portfolios, showreels and project presentations suitable for internships and employment.
Maintain course plans, attendance, student progress reports and other academic records.
Participate in student counselling, demonstrations, workshops, seminars and institute events when required.
Collaborate with the academic and management team to continuously improve course delivery and student outcomes.
