Key Responsibilities

• Graduate in core Technology Background (B.E./B.Tech) in any discipline.

• BBM and B.Com graduate are also welcome.

• A designer creates visual or user-centered solutions that communicate ideas, solve problems, and improve user experiences. The exact responsibilities depend on the specialization (UI/UX, graphic, product, web, etc.).

• Typical Responsibilities

• Research user needs and project requirements.

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, or visual designs.

• Design user interfaces, branding, or marketing materials.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.

• Maintain design consistency using design systems and style guides.

• Key Skills

• UI/UX design principles

• Typography, color theory, and layout

• Prototyping and wireframing

• Design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator

• Communication and collaboration

• Problem-solving and attention to detail

• Common Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating design projects.

• Experience with modern design tools.

• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for digital design roles.
