Position: Bus Captains / Travel Executives
Location: Gurugram (Office: Near IFFCO Chowk, Sector 29, Haryana)
Shift: Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 11:00 PM departures)
Work Hours: Approx. 12–14 hours per shift

Example Journey:

• Start at 10 PM from Gurugram → travel halfway towards Agra → switch buses at a common point → return to Gurugram by 10–11 AM next morning

• Full journey option: travel till Gorakhpur

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure passenger hospitality and comfort throughout the journey

• Verify tickets and assist with boarding

• Provide onboard services (Wi-Fi, GPS updates, drinking water)

• Promote return journey tickets with discounts to earn incentives

• Collect passenger feedback, reviews, and ratings

• Handle spot booking ticket sales onboard

• Free dinner at top restaurants (for journeys between 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM)

Hiring Criteria & Application Details

Eligibility:

Jobseekers who stay within 15kms distance to Iffco Chowk

• Age: 19–32 years

• Education: SSC / ITI / Diploma / Intermediate / Any Degree

• If any work Experience (optional): Minimum 6 months in Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Front Office, Admin, or Supervisor roles can also apply

Salary Package:

• Freshers: ₹17,000/month

• Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month

Required Documents (Soft Copy):
