Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory

• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, channel partners, and key accounts

• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, procurement heads, and distributors

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management

• Execute territory-wise sales strategies, promotions, and product launches

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, production, marketing) to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS

• Ensure proper brand representation and compliance with company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B / channel / distribution sales

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
