Territory Manager

Key Resposibility:--

Customer-Centric Solution Selling:

a) Map customer environments and pain points to the Business Wifi & ProFi.

b) Conduct consultative discovery and design right-fit network solutions using the company's portfolio

Planning & Process:

a) Develop and execute a strategic business development plan & process focused on the acquisition of new customers in assigned geographic region.

b) Align strategies with overall company goals and market trends.

c) Adherence to the internal processes without any deviation by team

Relationship Management:

a) Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer's organization.

b) Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to customize managed services solutions.

Team Collaboration:

a) Work closely with the internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from contact to deal closure.

b) Provide support and insights to enhance the effectiveness of the sales process.

Requirements

Age Bracket: 23+ years

Education: Graduated/ Post Graduated from an Reputed University

· Experience: 3+ years.

· Skills: Time management, Sales, Solution selling, It sales, Cross Functional Collaboration, CRM .

· Behavioral Traits: Customer Handling, Adaptability, Leadership, Innovation, Motivation
