Key duties include making outbound calls, explaining offers, handling objections, processing orders, updating customer databases, and ensuring customer satisfaction, requiring resilience and a target-driven attitude. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers to introduce products/services.

• Sales & Persuasion: Use scripts and strong communication to present benefits, answer questions, and overcome objections.

• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads for the field sales team.

• Order Processing: Accurately take and process orders and update customer information in the CRM/database.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport, handle complaints, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily/monthly sales quotas and call volume goals.
