Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – MICE Travel & Corporate Events

Location: Ahmedabad (or as applicable)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and corporate travel industry. The candidate will be responsible for contacting corporate clients, generating leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team in closing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to corporate companies and decision-makers.

• Generate qualified leads for MICE, corporate travel, conferences, and events.

• Introduce the company's travel and event management services.

• Schedule appointments and online/offline meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with existing and potential clients.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM or Excel.

• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client handling.

• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Corporate Sales, Travel, Hospitality, or MICE.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Positive attitude with strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in MICE, hotels, travel agencies, destination management, or event management.

• Existing corporate contacts will be an added advantage.
