We are hiring Tele Sales Executives to support our operations as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) / Loan Service Provider (LSP). The role involves customer interaction, lead qualification, and facilitation of loan applications for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) in partnership with banks and NBFCs.
The executive will not approve, sanction, or disburse loans and will strictly operate within the scope of an RBI-compliant DSA/LSP framework.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using approved lead sources
Educate customers about loan products offered by partner banks / NBFCs
Understand customer eligibility and financial requirements
Collect and verify preliminary customer information and documents
Share leads/applications with partner lenders as per defined process
Follow up with customers for documentation and application status
Coordinate with internal sales, credit, and operations teams
Maintain accurate call logs, lead data, and customer records in CRM
Meet assigned lead conversion and productivity targets
Ensure transparent communication—no misleading claims or promises
Follow RBI guidelines, lender instructions, and company compliance policies
The role is limited to sourcing, customer support, and facilitation only
No authority to:
Approve or reject loan applications
Decide interest rates, tenure, or charges
Collect cash or fees from customers
All loan terms are determined solely by partner banks / NBFCs
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
0–3 years experience in telesales / loan sales / financial services
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
Knowledge of PL / BL / LAP is preferred
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Clear and ethical sales communication
Customer handling and follow-up discipline
Basic understanding of loan eligibility concepts
CRM and basic computer skills
Ability to explain products without misrepresentation
Hindi & English (mandatory)
Regional language is an added advantage
