Telecaller / Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

ACEGET PRIVATE LTD. is looking for a confident and experienced Telecaller / Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with the sales team, and supporting sales activities to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle inbound customer queries professionally.

Generate leads and follow up with prospects.

Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, orders, and follow-ups.

Maintain customer data and update records regularly.

Explain company products/services to customers clearly.

Assist in preparing sales reports and daily call reports.

Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.

Qualification:

BA / Any Graduation.

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller / Sales Coordinator.

Experience in sales support or customer handling will be preferred.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.

Salary:

₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month.

Salary will depend on previous salary and relevant experience.

Job Type:

Full-time.
