## About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to assist potential clients and support our sales process for digital marketing services. This role is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills and are interested in learning about sales, client handling, and digital marketing.

## Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and messages.

• Understand client requirements and explain our digital marketing services.

• Assist clients in selecting suitable service packages.

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain professional relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Maintain records of client interactions and inquiries.

• Provide excellent customer support and service-related assistance.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of sales and customer service.

• Confidence in speaking with clients.

• Professional attitude and positive mindset.

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
