Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our Loan Services team. The primary responsibility is to contact potential customers, explain available loan products, qualify leads, and guide them through the loan application process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of loan products.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, or vehicle loans.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements in a clear and simple manner.
Generate and qualify leads based on customer needs and financial profile.
Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information about loan options.
Assist customers with the loan application process and follow up on pending documents.
Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up details, and status updates in CRM or databases.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Build trust with customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Coordinate with the sales and credit team to ensure smooth loan processing.

Qualifications:
Higher education is an advantage.
Prior experience in telecalling or loan sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Training will be provided for eligible candidates.
