Benchmark products against competitors (bearings, electrodes, steel suppliers).
Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
Operational Support
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely delivery.
Ensure proper documentation (invoices, purchase orders, contracts).
Report weekly sales activities and market insights to management.
Technical Knowledge → Bearings, welding consumables, steel products, railway materials.
Sales Acumen → Lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Communication Skills → Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Problem-Solving → Quick resolution of client queries and technical issues.
Networking → Strong dealer/distributor engagement in industrial zones.
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical/industrial sales .
Knowledge of industrial supply chains and railway procurement processes is an advantage.
