Key Responsibilities

• Develop business with dealers, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, RMC companies and institutional customers.

• Provide technical presentations and demonstrations on JSW Cement products and applications.

• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance for cement/concrete/mortar applications.

• Support customers with mix design, raw-material evaluation and product selection.

• Conduct mason and contractor training programs and product demonstrations.

• Provide technical assistance during slab casting and structural construction activities.

• Generate new leads and convert technical opportunities into sales.

• Track competitor products, pricing, market activity and customer feedback.

• Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with quality, R&D, production and sales teams.

• Maintain relationships with key influencers such as architects, consultants, contractors and engineers.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports covering customer visits, leads, conversions, technical complaints and market intelligence.

• Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, customer acquisition and market-development targets.

• Use digital sales/CRM tools for customer tracking and field-force activity; JSW has digital platforms supporting dealer/customer orders, sales activity and market intelligence.
