Technical Executive – Broadband/WiFi Troubleshooting
Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Executive to handle broadband and WiFi connection issues for customers. The candidate should be able to install internet connections, troubleshoot network problems, and provide technical support at customer locations.
Responsibilities
Install and configure broadband/WiFi connections
Troubleshoot internet and router issues
Visit customer locations for service and support
Resolve slow internet, no connectivity, and signal problems
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
Maintain service reports and update customer status
Ensure good customer support and communication
Requirements
Basic knowledge of WiFi routers and internet connections
ITI/Diploma/12th/Graduate can apply
Field work experience is preferred
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Basic communication skills
Ability to handle customer complaints politely
