सोलर फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are hiring a Solar Field Sales Executive for our Bhopal team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate new solar leads through field visits and local market networking.

• Visit residential and commercial customers for solar requirements.

• Develop business through dealers, electricians, contractors and builders.

• Explain solar panels, on-grid, hybrid and off-grid systems, inverters and batteries.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate for site visits and quotations.

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into solar connections.

• Maintain regular customer follow-up and achieve monthly connection targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6 months of field sales/marketing experience preferred.

• Experience in Solar, Inverter, Battery, Electrical or related industry will be an advantage.

• Candidates from other field-sales industries with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Comfortable with daily field visits in Bhopal.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

• Energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented.

PERFORMANCE-BASED EARNING STRUCTURE:

• 1 residential solar connection/month – ₹5,000

• 2 residential connections/month – ₹10,000

• 3 residential connections/month – ₹15,000

• Minimum 4 residential connections/month – ₹20,000

• More than 4 residential connections – additional ₹2,000 per connection

• Commercial solar connection – ₹10,000 per connection

IMPORTANT:

This is a performance/connection-based sales position. Monthly payout is linked to the number of successfully completed solar connections. There is no guaranteed fixed monthly salary. You Can Earn upto 1 lakh per month if you work hard.

Petrol/Travel allowance and other terms will be discussed during the interview.
