JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)

Position: Field Executive / Tele Caller

Job Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and skills) + Performance Incentives
Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates may apply
Education: Minimum Graduate

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated candidates to support our sales and customer outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

A. Field Executive

1. Visit residential, commercial, and institutional customers to generate business leads.

2. Promote solar rooftop systems under the PM Surya Ghar scheme and other applicable solar solutions.

3. Identify potential customers for IT products, CCTV cameras, networking, and security systems.

4. Explain product features, benefits, and basic pricing to prospective customers.

5. Collect customer details and coordinate site visits and appointments.

6. Follow up on leads and support the sales team in converting enquiries into orders.

7. Maintain daily visit reports and customer information.

B. Tele Caller

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales enquiries.

2. Explain solar rooftop solutions, government subsidy processes, and IT products to interested customers.

3. Follow up with existing leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

4. Schedule customer appointments and site surveys for the sales team.

5. Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up status.

6. Coordinate with the field sales team and report daily calling performance.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Willingness to learn about solar rooftop systems and IT products.

• Ability to generate leads, follow up regularly, and achieve assigned targets.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for Field Executive candidates.
