Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with strong practical knowledge of civil construction and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily civil and construction activities at the site.

- Manage labour, contractors and day-to-day site operations.

- Prepare and track material requirements and ensure timely availability.

- Maintain material inventory – received, consumed, available and required stock.

- Monitor material usage and control wastage.

- Check the quality and quantity of materials received.

- Coordinate with vendors, engineers, contractors and management.

- Monitor daily work progress and maintain site reports.

- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards and timelines.

- Maintain proper site safety, cleanliness and discipline.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Graduate

- 2–5 years of experience in civil/residential construction.

- Good knowledge of construction materials and site activities.

- Strong inventory and material management skills.

- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be an advantage.
