The Senior Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly targets. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and experience in telesales.
Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
Manage customer objections and resolve queries effectively.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with the Sales Manager.
Guide and support junior telesales team members when needed.
Proven experience (2+ years) in telesales or inside sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM tools.
Fluency in Gujarati/Hindi/English (as per requirement).
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Experience in the same industry (if applicable).
Leadership or team-handling ability is a plus.
