Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled and field-oriented Technical Officer to support product promotion, on-site demonstrations, and customer education for JK Super Cement and Jindal Panther TMT Bars. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the technical capabilities of the products and the needs of the end-users, such as engineers, contractors, and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients (builders, contractors, engineers) regarding product application, best practices, and troubleshooting.

• Conduct site visits to demonstrate proper usage of cement and TMT bars and monitor product performance.

• Organize and deliver technical presentations and workshops to promote JK Super Cement and Jindal Panther products.

• Support the sales and marketing teams with technical input during customer interactions.

• Address product-related queries and provide solutions related to mixing ratios, setting times, curing methods, steel strength, and related specifications.

• Maintain documentation of site observations, customer feedback, and technical reports.

• Coordinate with the quality and R&D teams of JK Cement and Jindal Panther for any escalated technical concerns.

• Stay updated with BIS codes, industry trends, and new product technologies in construction materials.
