Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month + Fuel Allowance + Monthly Incentive | Type: Full-Time, Field Role

About the Role

We are looking for 5 dedicated Field Officers to work directly with farmers in villages around Solan. Your job is simple — visit farmers, guide them on our products, and build trust between the company and the farming community.

Key Responsibilities

·       Visit farmers in assigned villages regularly and understand their crop needs

·       Guide farmers on seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides in simple language

·       Promote and explain company products; ensure timely supply of inputs

·       Build strong relationships with local farmers and communities

·       Collect field data and submit daily/weekly reports via WhatsApp/mobile

·       Participate in farmer training camps and product awareness programs

Required Skills

·       Good communication in Hindi / local Pahari language

·       Basic knowledge of crops, seeds, fertilizers, and farming practices

·       Comfortable working outdoors in villages in all weather conditions

·       Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage for reporting

Qualification & Experience

·       Minimum: 10th Pass | Preferred: 12th / Diploma / BSc Agriculture

·       Experience: Fresher welcome | 1–2 years in agriculture is a plus
