Job Title: Team Leader – Field Sales

About the Role

We are hiring a Team Leader – Field Sales for our app Ghughuti. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating a team of Sales Executives who work on the field to empanel shop owners on the Ghughuti app.

This role requires strong leadership skills, field experience, and the ability to drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of Sales Executives

• Assign daily field targets and track performance

• Train team members on pitching and empanelment process

• Accompany team members on the field when required

• Ensure timely empanelment of shop owners on the app

• Maintain daily reports and team productivity data

• Motivate the team to achieve sales and expansion goals

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in field sales (team handling experience preferred)

• Gender: Male / Female (both can apply)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in the field and handle targets

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
