Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Finding and bringing new insurance advisors to the company by presenting the career opportunity.
Training and development: Ensuring advisors receive proper training on products, regulations, and sales techniques. This can also involve training them on how to use the Agent Portal and CRM system for managing customers and cross-selling opportunities.
Performance management: Supervising the daily and weekly activities of agents to ensure they are meeting their performance plans. Conducting weekly performance reviews to monitor progress.
Sales goal achievement: Ultimately responsible for achieving sales targets by managing and developing the recruited team of advisors.
Motivation: Motivating advisors to achieve their targets and encouraging their career progression within the company.
