Recruit and develop Insurance Advisors/agents.
Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
Generate new business and acquire customers.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Guide advisors on insurance products and sales strategies.
Monitor team performance and ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved.
