Position: Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals

Our mission is to provide high-quality solutions to contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and dealers across Bengaluru.
We are looking for energetic, relationship-driven sales professionals who enjoy field sales and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop new business for Pidilite and Bostik construction chemical products.
· Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and dealers on a daily basis.
· Identify new business opportunities and convert enquiries into orders.
· Conduct product presentations and coordinate technical demonstrations when required.
· Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
· Build long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and channel partners.
· Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
· Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely deliveries.
· Maintain accurate daily visit reports and sales pipeline.
· Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

· Comfortable with extensive field travel
Mandatory Requirements
· Two-wheeler with valid driving licence
· Willing to travel across Bengaluru
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM/mobile reporting
