We are currently hiring for the position of Team Lead for GPay in the Fintech / Digital Payments industry. Please find the job details below for your reference.

Role Type: Field Sales / Team Handling

Hiring Categories

• Associate BDL: Candidates with some field sales experience (Freshers are not eligible).

• BDL: Minimum 6 months – 1 year of sales or business development experience.

• Senior BDL: Minimum 2 years of experience with mandatory team handling experience.

Role Overview

The Team Lead will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition and digital payment adoption. The role includes managing a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) and ensuring successful deployment of QR codes, soundbox devices, and other payment solutions, while maintaining strong relationships with merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead 5–7 Field Sales Executives (FSEs)

• Merchant onboarding for digital payment solutions

• Sales and deployment of QR codes and soundbox devices

• Monitor daily sales activities and field performance

• Train and support team members

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
