Job Description: Senior Field Sales Executive (Paytm)

Join India's leading digital payments platform and work right in your local area! We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Senior Field Sales Executives to grow our merchant network. Enjoy a stable income, great incentives, and the comfort of working close to home.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹18,000 TO ₹36,000 CTC per month + attractive bonuses and performance incentives.

  • Training: 3 to 5 day comprehensive, easy-to-learn training program provided.

📍 Job Location

  • Work in your own local area / neighborhood (No long commutes).

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).

💼 Key Responsibilities (KRA)

  • Merchant Onboarding: Visit 15 to 20 retail shops daily to pitch and onboard shopkeepers onto the Paytm QR Code and Paytm Business App ecosystem.

  • Sales Targets: Actively pitch, demonstrate, and sell Paytm Soundbox devices to achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Field Reporting: Conduct daily field visits, maintain positive relationships with local merchants, and submit daily performance reports.
