Position: Sr. Sales Executive – Team Handling
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Handle, guide, and motivate the sales team.

• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

• Monitor team performance and maintain regular reports.

• Generate new leads and improve sales conversions.

• Manage customer follow-ups and relationships.

• Coordinate product presentations and sales activities.

• Support and train team members on sales processes and product knowledge.

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

🎯 Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience preferred.

• Previous team-handling/supervisory experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and result-driven.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, FMCG, Retail, or Direct Sales will be an advantage.

• Comfortable with field/customer interaction in Hyderabad.
