Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding the existing dealer/distributor network within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer & Distributor Management: Regular visits to dealers, distributors, and retailers to build, manage, and maintain strong relationships.
Order Booking & Sales Execution: Visit 9–10+ outlets daily to book orders, ensure product visibility, and push for the sale of primary/secondary SKUs.
Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor dealer stock levels, ensure adequate inventory, and facilitate timely replenishment.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and territory revenue goals.
Market Coverage & Expansion: Map assigned territory, identify new potential dealers/retailers, and onboard new channel partners.
Collection & Payments: Check dealer outstanding, collect payments through company-authorized channels (e.g., QR code), and resolve payment issues.
Reporting & Market Intelligence: Submit daily/weekly reports on sales data, competitor activities, and market trends to the sales manager.
Promotions: Implement marketing plans, ensure proper product display (POS materials), and promote company schemes to dealers
Education: Graduation in any stream
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in B2C field sales, preferably within paint or electrical industries.
