We are looking for a Senior Collection Officer responsible for managing EMI collection, recovery activities from customers and conducting field visits when required, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
> Contact customers through phone calls, messages, and field visits for collection of overdue EMIs.
> Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection/recovery targets.
> Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Credit, Legal, and Customer Service for resolution of collection-related issues.
> Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
> Good communication and negotiation skills.
