Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Representative for our Cardiovascular division. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the cardiovascular or medical devices industry and be passionate about sales, marketing, and relationship management with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market cardiovascular products to cardiologists, hospitals, and cath labs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and distributors

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clinicians

• Ensure timely follow-up for orders, payments, and customer support

• Gather market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback

• Participate in conferences, CMEs, and promotional activities

• Maintain accurate sales reports and records

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales in the cardiovascular / medical device industry

• Science background (B.Sc, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Pharm, Life Sciences, or equivalent)

• Fluency in English and Hindi is compulsory (spoken and written)

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-driven, disciplined, and dedicated towards work

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
