Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.

• Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend the best solutions.

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

• Keep detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and performance.

• Stay up to date with product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
