We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic event organisation team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting leads into successful event bookings—ranging from corporate conferences and product launches to weddings and social gatherings. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle, translating their vision into compelling, profitable event solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and industry events.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored event packages (venue, theme, logistics, tech, staffing, etc.).
Conduct site visits, virtual meetings, and presentations to showcase capabilities and close deals.
Prepare and send professional quotations, contracts, and proposals in a timely manner.
Collaborate with production, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sold events.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners for repeat and referral business.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Support marketing initiatives by providing client insights and success stories.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or B2B/B2C sales (event agency experience preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident presenter with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events demand.
