Job Responsibility:-
Responsible for managing and growing business from approximately 100 core gynecology customers (doctors/hospitals) in the assigned territory. The role focuses on deep relationship building, scientific promotion, and consistent achievement of sales and activity targets. Will report to Zonal sales heads.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop 100 core gynecology customers in the assigned HQ, ensuring regular coverage and strong relationship building.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct CMEs, round-table meetings and onetoone discussions to promote Ayurveda-based gynecology therapies.
Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns and brand promotion activities in the field.
Monitor prescription trends, competitor activities and market insights; share timely feedback with seniors/marketing.
Coordinate with distributors, stockists and internal teams to ensure product availability and resolve supply issues.
Candidate Profile
Graduate with strong pharma sales experience (gynecology segment mandatory).
Minimum 3 years successful experience in gynecology products with established relationships in the segment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in scientific discussions with gynecologists.
Good territory knowledge of Mumbai / Pune / ChennaiBangalore / Delhi markets.
Selfmotivated, targetoriented and disciplined in field working and reporting.
