Job Title: Sales Representative

Department: Retail Sales

Location: Jethalpur Jewellery Showroom

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces

Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of gold, silver, diamond, hallmark, carat, making charges, BIS standards and explain them to customers

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and actively do upselling/cross-selling

Stock Handling: Showcase jewellery securely, manage display, and assist in daily stock checks

Billing & Payments: Generate bills, process cash/card/UPI payments, and handle invoices

After-Sales Service: Guide customers on repair, polishing, exchange/buyback policies

Showroom Maintenance: Keep displays clean, follow security protocols, maintain overall showroom presentation

Education: 12th pass/Graduate

Experience: 0-3 years. Freshers can apply. Prior jewellery/retail experience preferred

Languages: Fluent in Hindi, English, and local language

Skills: Excellent communication, trustworthy, good grooming, basic computer knowledge

Other: Ability to work in a team, handle target pressure, customer-focused attitude
