Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our food services to hospitals, schools, colleges, corporate offices, and other institutional clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities from hospitals, schools, colleges, corporate offices, and other institutions.

• Conduct daily field visits to meet decision-makers such as HR Managers, Admin Managers, Purchase Managers, Facility Managers, and School Management.

• Present the company’s food services, menu offerings, pricing, and value proposition to prospective clients.

• Generate, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare customized proposals and quotations.

• Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into customers.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to close business opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Submit daily visit reports, lead updates, and sales activity reports using CRM or Excel.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, food services, catering, FMCG, or related industries.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Candidate Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
