Identify high-potential outlets. Convince them. Close them. Onboard them. Activate them. Repeat. Scale. Win. This is not a desk job. This is street-smart growth execution. What You’ll Do 🔥 1. Hunt for Merchants ● Walk into restaurants, cafes, meat shops, organic stores, supermarkets, retail stores, pharmacies ● Identify outlets with strong hyperlocal delivery demand ● Build your own zone pipeline 💰 2. Sell Value (Not Just a Platform) ● Pitch our quick commerce + last-mile solution ● Show how we improve margins and reduce aggregator dependency ● Close partnerships on the spot ⚡ 3. Drive Go-Live ● Coordinate tech onboarding ● Help with catalog/menu setup ● Ensure first orders start fast 🎯 4. If you want to build something big and grow fast, let’s talk. —------------------ Merchant Acquisition Executive – Fixed Target + Accelerator Model 1️⃣Fixed Salary ₹18,000 per month 👉 Fixed salary is protected only if the minimum performance threshold is met. 🎯 Monthly Fixed Target (To Retain Full Salary) Minimum Requirements: ● ✅ 20 New Outlet Onboardings ● ✅ 15 Activated (minimum 20 orders within 30 days) ● ✅ Daily field reporting compliance If the minimum target is not met: ● Salary may be reduced to ₹14,000–₹15,000 (performance-linked protection model) This creates seriousness. 🚀 Performance Bonus (Only Beyond 20 Onboardings) Once 20 outlets are achieved: Onboarding Accelerator ● 21–30 outlets → ₹800 per outlet ● 31–40 outlets → ₹1,200 per outlet ● 41+ outlets → ₹1,500 per outlet
