Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and acquire corporate clients.
Develop business with factories, industrial units, residential societies, hospitals, offices and commercial properties.
Connect with Admin Heads, HR Heads, Procurement Managers and Facility Managers.
Arrange client meetings, conduct follow-ups and convert leads into contracts.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and presentations.
Identify relevant tenders and new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly business development targets.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Experience in facility management, housekeeping, security or industrial manpower services preferred.
Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
