We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at YASH ENTERPRISES for TEXTILE CHEMICAL SALES. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. Drives revenue growth by prospecting new accounts, managing existing client relationships, and providing expert technical guidance on chemical applications (such as water treatment, specialty chemicals, or industrial manufacturing inputs). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new B2B leads, cold call, conduct client visits, and meet or exceed monthly/annual sales quotas.

• Consult with clients to understand their operational requirements and recommend specific chemical formulations, dosages, or safety protocols.

• Maintain long-term commercial relationships, process orders, manage pipelines, and resolve customer complaints.

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

• Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and regional regulatory compliance standards.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, and 2 to 6+ years of proven B2B field sales or technical sales experience, preferably within industrial, specialty, or water treatment chemicals. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
