Role Summary We are seeking a proactive, high-energy, and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through direct territory engagement. The ideal candidate will spend the majority of their time "on the field," meeting potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and building local brand visibility. You will combine strategic local marketing with aggressive sales techniques to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Develop and execute an effective daily field sales plan to cover assigned geographical areas and achieve business objectives.
Direct Lead Generation: Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking within the local market.
Client Relationship Building: Conduct face-to-face meetings to present products/services, negotiate deals, and convert inquiries into sales orders. Maintain long-lasting relationships to ensure repeat business.
On-Ground Market Intelligence: Perform real-time market research by identifying competitor activities in the field and observing local market trends to help refine sales strategies.
Local Marketing Support: Execute local marketing initiatives, such as distributing promotional materials, participating in trade shows/events, and ensuring brand visibility at client locations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales metrics, track the effectiveness of field visits, and prepare detailed daily/weekly reports for management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and product teams to ensure client requirements gathered from the field are fulfilled accurately.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in field sales or a direct marketing role.
Essential Field Skills:
Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and local languages.
Negotiation: Proven ability to close deals and handle objections in person.
Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting) and experience using mobile CRM software to log daily activities.
Attributes: High level of self-motivation, physical stamina for field travel, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
