Job Summary:

The Promotions Hub is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and increase company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

• Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing.

• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Conduct client meetings and present company services.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.

• Track market trends and competitor activities.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

• Good knowledge of digital marketing and business solutions.

• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
