The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services. This role involves a mix of field sales, digital marketing activities, customer engagement, and brand promotion to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
Support social media management and online advertising efforts to boost brand visibility.
Coordinate with creative and design teams to produce promotional materials.
Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
Contribute to content creation for blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
