Working Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and an understanding of digital marketing and IT services. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and convert potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking. Understand client needs and present relevant solutions (Digital Marketing, Web Development, IT Services, Creative Services, etc.). Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales pitches. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Day-to-Day Activities Daily client calls and follow-ups. Scheduling and conducting client meetings (online or physical). Sending quotations, proposals, and follow-up messages. Coordinating with the operations & marketing team for client requirements. Tracking sales pipeline and reporting progress to management.
