Job Description:

Svar Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dedicated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Marketing: Promote and market Svar Pharmaceuticals products to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals

- Vendor & Customer Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and customers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the assigned area

- Market Feedback: Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to report to management

- Documentation: Maintain daily call reports, expense records, and stock reports

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and retailers

Requirements:

- Gender: Female candidate only

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience: 0-2 years. Freshers with good communication skills may apply

- Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing concepts, excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Language: Must be fluent in Bengali. Hindi/English proficiency is a plus

- Mobility: Must own a scooty and possess a valid driving licence.
