Job Description – Sales Executive (Solar Sales)

Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales Executives for the Solar Sales Department. The role focuses on field sales, B2B sales, channel sales, and distribution development in the solar and electrical segment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close B2B sales for solar products and solutions
Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, and distributors
Create and expand distribution networks in assigned territories
Conduct field visits for customer meetings and lead generation
Promote solar systems and electrical products to installers, EPCs, and corporate clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners
Prepare daily sales reports, MIS, and market feedback
Track competitor activities and market trends
Candidate Profile
1 to 4 years of experience in field sales
Mandatory experience in Solar Sales and/or Electrical product sales
Proven exposure to B2B Sales, Channel Sales, and Distribution Making
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with a target-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel extensively in the field
Qualification
Minimum: Graduate
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical preferred
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
