*Job Summary*We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the packaging industry to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and manage key customer relationships. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.*Key Responsibilities** Identify and develop new business opportunities in the packaging market* Visit clients, understand packaging requirements, and propose suitable solutions* Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market visits* Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers* Coordinate with production and design teams for timely delivery* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets* Conduct market research and track competitor activities
