Rio Aarman Hardware Pvt. Ltd. is growing brands in the premium architectural and furniture hardware industry. We specialize in luxury door handles, cabinet handles, knobs, wardrobe accessories, kitchen hardware, and other premium hardware solutions supplied across India.

We are expanding our field sales team and are looking for experienced professionals who understand the Fancy Hardware market and can build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hardware dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, and interior designers within the assigned territory.

• Generate new business and appoint potential dealers/distributors.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and increase monthly sales.

• Promote new product launches and premium hardware collections.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Collect market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with the sales support team for quotations, order processing, and after-sales support.

• Submit daily visit reports and maintain CRM updates.

Preferred Candidate

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in Fancy Hardware, Architectural Hardware, Furniture Hardware, Kitchen Hardware, Door Hardware, Cabinet Fittings, or related building material industries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fancy Hardware sales/marketing (Preferred)

• Experience working with dealers and distributors

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹70,000 per month

• Fuel/Travel Allowance (as per company policy)

• Mobile Allowance (as per company policy)
